  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By downloading, installing, or using the Gazna mobile application (“Gazna”, “the App”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App or its services.
  2. Service Description
    Gazna is the first mobile application in Bahrain to facilitate the ordering, scheduling, and delivery of gas cylinders for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Gazna connects Users with trusted third-party gas suppliers and licensed delivery service providers (“Providers”). Gazna does not manufacture or refill gas cylinders.
  3. Eligibility
    Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable Bahraini law. By using the App, you represent and warrant that this is the case.
  4. User Account
    To access the App, Users must create an account using accurate and current information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity performed via their accounts.
  5. Ordering & Scheduling
    Users may place immediate or scheduled orders for gas cylinder delivery. Delivery times, schedule slots, and availability may vary based on location, Provider supply capacity, safety restrictions, or regulatory requirements.
  6. Pricing & Payments
    Prices displayed on the App are set by Providers and include delivery fees. Gazna may process payments directly or through third-party payment gateways. All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Provider policy.
  7. Safety & Compliance Disclaimer
    Gas cylinders are hazardous, regulated products. Delivery, handling, installation, storage, and usage of gas cylinders must comply with all applicable safety, building, and fire regulations.
    Gazna, its affiliates, and Providers shall not be liable for injuries, fire, explosion, property damage, or other loss arising from improper handling or misuse of gas cylinders by the User or third parties.
    Users are responsible for:
    • ensuring safe access for delivery
    • verifying compatibility of cylinders with appliances
    • ensuring cylinders are stored upright, ventilated, and secured
    • complying with local safety standards and instructions provided on the cylinder
    • reporting defects, leakage, or risks immediately to the Provider or emergency services
  8. Third-Party Providers
    Providers are independent entities responsible for their own licenses, equipment, product quality, and safety compliance. Gazna is not the seller of the gas cylinders and does not assume liability for defects, quality issues, or regulatory breaches by Providers.
  9. Delivery & Tracking
    Gazna may provide location tracking features to monitor delivery. Tracking accuracy may vary based on GPS, mobile signal, or third-party systems. Delivery time windows are estimates only.
  10. Communication with Drivers
    Users may communicate with drivers for delivery coordination. All communication must remain respectful and not abusive, unlawful, or harassing.
  11. Refunds & Cancellations
    Refunds, returns, or cancellations may be subject to Provider policies and regulatory rules. Certain orders may not be cancellable once dispatched or once cylinders have been installed.
  12. User Conduct
    Users agree not to misuse the App, interfere with service, or violate applicable laws. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of accounts.
  13. Intellectual Property
    All trademarks, content, and software belonging to Gazna shall not be copied, reproduced, or repurposed without written permission.
  14. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by Bahraini law, Gazna disclaims liability for:
    • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • safety risks resulting from installation or misuse
    • delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions
    • Provider actions, omissions, or regulatory non-compliance
  15. Indemnification
    Users agree to indemnify Gazna from claims arising from misuse of cylinders, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
  16. Modification of Terms
    Gazna may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
  17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.
